Tuna and herb meatball spaghetti

INGREDIENTS

1 package spaghetti (500g)

300 g cooked canned tuna

50 g flour

50 g breadcrumbs

1 egg

1 bunch chives
-
1 bunch parsley

1 lime

Olive oil, salt, pepper
PREPARATION

In a bowl, crumble the tuna and mix it with the flour, breadcrumbs, egg, half of the chopped chives, and salt and pepper to taste. Form about twenty meatballs by hand. Fry the meatballs in a pan over medium heat with oil until browned on all sides. Set aside.

In a blender, blend the remaining chives, the bunch of parsley, lime juice, and plenty of olive oil until you get a homogeneous green sauce. Set aside.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

Serve the spaghetti with the meatballs, drizzling them with the citrus herb sauce. Add a few chopped herbs as a topping, and enjoy!
