Short spaghetti with goat cheese and figs

INGREDIENTS

250g Lustucru pasta

One log of fresh goat cheese

30 cl liquid cream

One medium-sized head of broccoli

150g shelled walnuts
-
10 dried figs

Mixed fresh herbs (basil, chives, parsley)

Salt and pepper

One organic vegetable broth
PREPARATION
30 minutes

Dice the goat cheese into small cubes.

Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets.

Cook them for a few minutes in boiling salted water; they should remain green and crunchy.

Set aside.

Chop the walnuts and figs with a knife.

Chop the herbs finely.

Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt the goat cheese and cream with the reduced organic powdered broth.

Stir in the chopped figs and walnuts, and broccoli, then season with salt and pepper.

Serve on plates, garnished with the fig sauce and decorated with chopped herbs.
