Farfalle salad with duck breast, dried fruit and honey

200g Lustucru Farfalle pasta

150g smoked duck breast or Bündnerfleisch (air-dried beef)

1 head of curly endive

6 dried figs

2 tablespoons dried tomatoes

50g shelled hazelnuts

50g pumpkin seeds

1 tablespoon mild mustard

1 tablespoon liquid honey

1 tablespoon cider vinegar

4 tablespoons olive oil

½ bunch fresh basil

1 clove garlic

PREPARATION
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Cook the Organic Whole Wheat Farfalle in a large pot of boiling salted water, according to package directions.

Chop the hazelnuts with a knife and toast them with the pumpkin seeds over medium heat until golden brown.

Dice the figs into small pieces. Tear the frisée lettuce leaves. Remove the fat strip from the duck breasts. Press the garlic with a garlic press.

In a bowl, prepare the sauce in the following order: half a teaspoon of salt, vinegar, garlic, mustard, honey, mix well, then add the olive oil.

In a salad bowl, mix the pasta with this well-combined sauce, then add the duck breasts, figs, seeds, sun-dried tomatoes, and lettuce.

Finely chop the fresh basil, sprinkle it into the salad bowl. Grind pepper over it and serve.
