Small ramekins of pasta shells, shrimp, and chive curry cream sauce

INGREDIENTS

300g cooked elbow macaroni

200g cooked shrimp

50cl liquid crème fraîche

150g Edam cheese

4 eggs
-
16 cherry tomatoes

Half a bunch of chives

One teaspoon curry powder

Salt and pepper from the mill.
PREPARATION
10 to 15 minutes

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

Roughly chop the shrimp with a knife, season with pepper.

Finely chop the chives.

Heat the cream in a small saucepan.

Add the shrimp, chives, and curry.

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Remove from heat.

Add the grated Edam cheese and cooked pasta.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Divide the cream and shrimp mixture into each ramekin, decorate with the half cherry tomatoes.

Make a space in the center of each ramekin with a tablespoon and place the whole raw egg, or two eggs if using two ramekins.

Season with pepper.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
