Sautéed Macaroni with Wild Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

350g macaroni

400g fresh wild mushrooms (porcini, chanterelles, girolle, fairy ring)

2 onions

3 heads of garlic

Butter or olive oil

25cl liquid cream
-
2 Morteau sausages, sliced

200g sweet potato, cubed

Chopped herbs
PREPARATION

Cook the pasta according to package directions in a large pot of water.

Wash the mushrooms under running water. Dry them, then slice them. Alternatively, you can brush them if they are not earthy.

In a hot, oiled sauté pan, grill the slices of Morteau sausage and sweet potato cubes. Set aside.

Over high heat and in a little oil, sauté the mushrooms and thinly sliced onions. Add the garlic, cream, and herbs halfway through cooking.

Combine all ingredients in the sauté pan and heat for another 3 minutes, making sure to thoroughly incorporate the sauce into the pasta and vegetables.
